Job Description:

Desired Candidate Profile:

Fluent in English with good presentation skills
A number driven person
3+ years’ experience in sales
Must be a graduate preferably an MBA in Sales & Marketing
Willing to travel
Experience in Publishing/ Education industry would be preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills and a passion for sales
High degree of integrity, maturity and ability to work with team
Responsibilities.

Responsible for the preparing sales & marketing plans
Business Development & Sales for entire assigned area
Responsible for managing sales & marketing operations for promoting books and ensuring the business growth by achieving unit sales target
Prepares a sales plan, sets a units-target after discussion with the seniors, and meets the target
Coordinates all activity to ensure marketing, sales and follow up with schools
Maps potential schools, visits schools and also open and close calls
Recommend changes in products, service, policy, etc. based on evaluation of results and competitive development
Investigate customer complaints, prepares reports and make recommendations to the management for settlement
Explore all the possibilities for getting revenues
Achievement of Sales Target of products in the assigned State
Payment collection of the same in stipulated time
Promotion of Books across Dealer Network in the assigned State
Motivate and Help – MBD Publishing field force to achieve their DS Targets
Promotion of Books in Key Retail Chains

Salary: INR 3,50,000 – 4,50,000 P.A + incentives + TA
